食用方法:
煮紫菜汤： 在沸水锅内烧煮片刻加入油， 食盐及调味即可。
炒紫菜片： 将适量的油加入锅中加热，然后放入撕碎的紫菜片翻炒， 同时加入盐、调味料炒片刻， 起锅前可洒少许悦意白芝麻调味。
凉拌： 将紫菜撕碎放入开水烫开后捞出滤水放入盘中加入食盐、香油、酱油、醋， 将姜末在烧热的油中爆香后倒入调至好的紫菜搅拌均匀即可食用。
温馨提示：
紫菜受光照易变紫色、受潮易变质。
Serving Instruction:
Boil seaweed soup: Add oil, salt, and season in a boiling water pot for a while.
Stir-fried seaweed slices: Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot and heat it, then add the shredded seaweed slices and stir-fry. Add salt and seasonings and stir-fry for a while. Sprinkle a little white sesame flavor before cooking.
Cold mix: Shred the seaweed into boiled water, remove the filtered water, put salt, sesame oil, soy sauce, and vinegar into the dish, saute ginger in the hot oil, pour into the seaweed and stir. Serve evenly.
Gentle reminder:
Laver easily turns purple when exposed to light, and deteriorates when wet.
