5倍的纯可可粉用量 给您真实的巧克力风味 在里仁“无或少添加物”的原则下,咪咪乐为了忠实呈现巧克力夹心酥的风味,特别增加了5倍的纯可可粉用量,让消费者能感受到满满真实的巧克力风味。除了要低油脂含量外,在选用油脂上,咪咪乐选用未经氢化的棕榈油,因此要花费更多时间去搅拌馅料,使其均匀。咪咪乐历经多次的尝试和制作,才让低油脂含量,不含氢化油脂,又有酥脆浓郁口感的巧克力夹心酥得以和大家见面。

To meet consumers' needs and maintain health, Leezen collaborated with Mimi Le to develop a chocolate cream wafer with lower fat content.
5 times the amount of pure cocoa powder for a real chocolate flavor Under Leezen's principle of "no or minimal additives," Mimi Le increased the amount of pure cocoa powder by 5 times to faithfully present the flavor of chocolate cream wafers, allowing consumers to enjoy a rich, authentic chocolate taste. Besides the requirement for low-fat content, Mimi Le uses non-hydrogenated palm oil in the fat selection, which requires more time to stir the filling to ensure evenness. After numerous attempts and production trials, Mimi Le finally brought to market a low-fat, non-hydrogenated oil chocolate cream wafer with a crisp and rich taste.
